La stalla è composta da 3 piani fuori terra più il soppalco.L'appartamento che viene affittato é composto da :
al piano terra troviamo una camera con 2 posti letto, dotata di TV LCD, lettore dvd e VHS, un bagno con wc, bidet e doccia e un ripostiglio con lavasciugatrice; all'esterno c'è un piccolo portico con altalena. Al piano primo trova posto il soggiorno con divano, TV LCD e angolo cottura e un bel terrazzo in legno con sdraio in comune. Nel soppalco c'è un letto matrimoniale futon giapponese.
L'arredo è minimal chic con pavimenti in cemento spatolato e larice spazzolato, con grande impiego di pelli d'animale e pezzi di antiquariato artigianali in stile con la cultura e la tradizione montana svizzera. Il riscaldamento al piano terra è elettrico a pavimento mentre al primo piamo c'è una stufa a legna. La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piastra elettrica in vetroceramica.
The Stalla is composed by three floors out of ground plus one sleeping loft. The flat we rent is composed by :
at the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 beds, TV LCD, DVD and VHS player, a restroom with wc, bidet, shower and one closet with a washer-drier; outside there is a little portico with swing. On the first floor there is the living-room with sofa, TV LCD and kitchen corner. Outside the living -room is located the beautiful terrace with chaise-longues. On the sleeping loft there is a japaneese futon king size bed .
The interior design is "minimal chic" , with concrete floor and brushed larch, with many animals fur and antique furniture of the local mountain traditions. On the ground floor the warming is by radiant heating , while on the first floor there is wood-burning stove.
The kitchen has freedge-freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates.
